ABOUT NATALIE

Hi, I’m Natalie.

I’m a mum, a Pilates instructor and someone deeply devoted to the art of movement.

My work is grounded in a simple belief, that how we move shapes how we feel. Not just in our bodies, but in our energy, our clarity and our sense of self.

Pilates has been a constant throughout many chapters of my life. What began as a personal practice evolved into a profession, and over time, into something far more considered. Years spent in studio environments allowed me to refine a method that is both intelligent and intuitive, but it was motherhood that truly reshaped my perspective.

It led me to create something more intentional.

Organic Pilates is a private, boutique experience designed for those who value depth over intensity, and quality over volume. Sessions are tailored with precision, focusing on technique, control and deep core connection, always with respect for the individual in front of me.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.

My work is calm, considered, and quietly powerful designed to support your life, not compete with it.

Organic Pilates literally changed my life. I started in 2020, after experiencing a spontaneous brain hemorage in a Pilates class in 2016. So coming back to the practice was quiet tramatic for me. Natalie took the time to really understand my concerns, I gave her all my medical history and noted the fact that I hadn’t done Pilates in 4 years and that I really wanted to get back to this practice.

I was doing (and continue to do) 3 private sessions a week, even when I moved back to NSW in 2023 I didn’t want to stop having Natty as my instructor so I bought a reformer for my home and she continues to teach me over zoom 3 mornings a week.

My advice to anyone wanting to start is, go see Natty, explain your hesitations and your fears, and you will experience the benefits that I have with this regular practice.
